? Key Responsibilities
• Overall management of IT issues and business processes within the company
• Maintain, manage, and improve ERP systems and related applications
• Operation of IT infrastructure (network, server, security) expansion and improvement projects.
• WAN and network security policy management
• Operation and upgrade of in-house telephone system
• Leading internal system and infrastructure development and improvement projects
• Support for improving ERP issues and extracting/analyzing data
• Establish and manage ERP project schedules
• Overseeing IT help desk operations and resolving issues at the Thai subsidiary
• IT supplier and vendor management, HW/SW purchase management
• Optimize company IT asset management and operations
? Qualifications
• Korean nationals
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering/IT-related major
• Experience in managing PCs and IT equipment
• Proficient in English and Thai (essential for business communication)
• More than 3 years of IT management experience
• More than 5 years of experience in ERP system operation/management
• More than 3 years of experience in network infrastructure management
• IT vendor and project management experience
• Problem-solving-oriented thinking
• Systematic and analytical work style
• MS SQL-based DB communication skills
• A creative mind that enjoys trying new things and making improvements
