1. 주요 핵심 업무 및 책임

 • Collaborate with the Thai Warehouse Manager to support overall warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, delivery, and inventory management.

 • Utilize data, systems, and processes to optimize warehouse performance and productivity.

 • Support to Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leading regular business reviews and ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met.

• Act as the THAI Operations Manager during their absence, effectively handling key responsibilities and decision-making

• Support Continuous Improvement activities, working closely with the various site functional teams.

• Assist in workforce planning, safety programs, employee engagement, and Operation planning.

• Contribute to managing site budgets and driving cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence.

2. 지원 요건

• Minimum 3 years of experience within a DC, warehouse and other logistics operation

• Able to work flexible hours with an open minded and positive attitude

• Enjoy working as part of a committed, flexible team, and taking pride in everything you do

• A passion for continuous improvement and a high level of customer orientation and understanding

• Fluent in Thai & English
